I thought they only fought twice and both were equally as contraversial.

 You guys crack me up.

1, Holyfield would never have got close to Lewis without Roids.
2, You completely dismiss the fact that Lewis was also past prime.

and people say Lewis is overrated

Cooper was lethal that night. Don't worry about anybody's record. You going to tell me Douglas was **** when he took out Tyson? This is boxing.

    1. So what? He used roids, like most of top boxers anyway. He still did much better than most of Lewis opponents who probably used steroids (Golota, Vitali, Briggs) - not only went full distance twice, but made also the rematch almost even. And he was way past prime then.

    2. Lewis could be a little past prime, but nowhere as bad as Holy. Holy was not only 3 years older, but with history of ring wars - and his style depended on footwork and speed more than that of Lewis.

Well that's a shitty remark, "everyone else was doing it, so why not Holy?", gtfo with that crap, they're illegal for a reason, what about all the guys who don't touch roids, how the hell is that fair to them?
Lets put Holyfield in the ring without being jacked up and see how he gets on.

    So what indeed.....

The real answer is: Evander was on and off having great performances with not so good inbetween. Hard to tell when he was in his prime.

    From 87-99

So yeah, the wins over Tyson I'd say he was still tail end of prime, the losses to Riddick and Moorer and the wins against both he was also prime. I think the losses to Lennox were the tail end of his prime. I say both Tyson and Lennox were tail end because he still showed glimpses during that entire span

That's because he had a heart issue by the time he first fought Michael Moorer.
He clearly declined heavily in 94
