good answers. i just feel like every time holyfield lost they'd be like "oh he is done now" and he kept proving them wrong. sad how a few losses mean its the end to a fighter :-(

Yeah when it's proven in a court! Notice how there was never any follow up investigations? Notice how he never tested positive?

holyfield's prime was when the "magic juice" still flowed all throughout his body......

He's had three primes I think according to some of his fans.

When he wins, he's prime. When he lost, he wasn't. I think that's how it goes.

'just' put in one of his best performances? In 2004??? Just????

    That was 8 years ago.

Put that into perspective; I was still in college then.

Since then I've gone to University, graduated, got married, had a child and opened my own business.

    'Just'????????????

    Really?

He had various primes. Whenever he wins he was prime, whenever he lost he wasn't, just ask his fans :yep

2008 is when he'd finally come along all the way, peak of his powers and all of that. Too bad it ended with a devastating 12-round beating that would've ended any fighter's prime. :-(

Hes been the same size for about 20 years now.

Even in his last fight when he was darn near 50 he weighed 226, he was 218 against Tyson.

I reckon he was at his best all the way up to about 2000.

It was only after that, that he really seemed to decline and start get beating by fighters he would have beaten in his prime.

He went toe to toe with ATG prime Lennox Lewis, twice in 1999.
