    This is actually a very good pick. Lewis now knew he was the best, but still had the experience of being knocked out previously. This, along with the valuable lesson gained in Holyfield I that fights don't always go your way no matter how well you do.

    Agains Vitali, never has Lewis looked so good against a fellow top 5 ATG.
    Vitali bombarded Lewis with bombs that would have thrown Joe Louis out of the ring in 2 round and Lewis ate it all.
    Vitali took bombs never been seen before, nobody ever had taken so much punishment.

    The fight convinced me Lewis is the GOAT.
    Vitali is number 2.

    some time between Golata and Rahman II......Lewis' prime spanned more than one fight I think....he didn't get old over night or have a short prime like Bowe

    yes because the rahman loss is all a fluke. The Rock didn't plan that punch, he just kind of flung it. And it landed. And the in shape Lennox would have taken the blow... just as good as the out of shape Lennox.

    wow, some peope iz dumb here, but not that dumb. i was a big lewis fan, but umm.. my heart is on my sleeve. Rock fan thru n thru before & after the " big win"
