Which performances of any fighter made you realise that they were a Special kind of talent before they went on to achieve greatness? I recently had the fortune of watching Moses Itauma in the flesh and seeing the way he composed himself in and out of the ring really made me realise that he was a special talent and I'm 95% certain that he will go on to achieve great things, but this was the first time I'd really had this experience and I'm curious to know what epiphanies others have had.

When Wilder knocked out that fan. It was then I truly realized Deontay was "special".

I'll admit I was very late to the Jake ''Money'' Paul party and I completely missed his pro debut. I only first caught sight of him in his 2nd pro fight but I knew right away he was a special special talent after seeing him do this to his opponent in that fight

Jesse “Bam” Rodriguez when he stepped up 2 weight divisions on less than 1 weeks notice to defeat Carlos Cuadras.

Foreman in the 1st Frasier fight.

Then re-affirmed 20+ years later after poleaxing Moorer.

They really don't make 'em like that anymore ...

    Some decent troll posts XD

    Floyd Corrales
    Manny DLH/Hatton
Crawford Spence (Porter win too was crazy when, between rounds, trainer told Bud he was down on cards and he landed two KDs and stopped Porter who had never been stopped)
    Usyk Fury (especially fight 1)
    DLH (several times)
BHop (several times...INCLUDING facing and losing to a prime Kovalev)

Usyk closing the show against Bellew and barely getting out of 2nd gear was special to watch

Beterbiev crushing Gvozdyk was vindication for his fans

Loma's run of making numerous opponents in a row quit

Most recently it was probably Bivol vs Zurdo

prior to that I knew Bivol was amazing of course and I expected him to beat Canelo with ease, but the way in which he schooled and dominated Zurdo was something to behold.

For me it was the Macklin fight. Golovkin has no business tearing through him with such ease, but he did.
