This is by far the best reply. Back in those early days boxing was number one. To the point where it has now become a niche sport.

My golden year of Boxing was the 1990s. Great decade of boxing.

80's for me. The Four King's and the emergence of Tyson got me hooked as I entered my teens

90s/2000s, eye test and rankings wise boxing was the most stacked during these eras and I'm sure the majority will agree, but it's all subjective

For me it was the early 2010s.
Both Floyd and Manny had mega events every year. Then there was the SHO and HBO rivalry with the whole "cold war" thanks to Al Haymon.
As someone who got into the sport in the year 2008, the early 2010s were ****ing amazing. I was excited every weekend. Stayed up to watch all of the fights. Actually, this lasted til almost 2020 as I got into the UFC and MMA in general around 2018.
One time PBC put on an early card that started over here at 4PM, this was followed by British boxing and then some action from either HBO or SHO. Then the night was finished off with UFC. A solid 14 hours of fights, what a day.

HBO upped their game while SHO put on great triple and quadruple-headers. Now I rarely get excited for actual cards.
