Forget who you thought won the fight, that was an all time classic. Slickness shown from both sides. Fury made Usyk miss quite a bit throughout that fight, i haven’t seen Usyk have to lunge and loop missing shots before as much as he did here Similarly, Usyk’s head and foot movement was on point. I can’t recall many heavyweight fights with that level of slickness on show from both fighters
Great fight and I was thinking about that, too. When was the last time the top 2 heavyweights fought and were “boxing” each other and you didn’t think there was gonna be a knockout?
I thought the level from both men was incredible, anyone trying to knock the performance of either competitors lacks sufficient respect for their efforts. That was an all time classic in terms of the quality of boxing on display and the drama throughout.
