Surprisingly, Maidana fought at Floyd's level, Floyd had to dig deep to beat him the first time. He did great vs Corrales, who I believe was actually favored to beat him. Castillo was easily on Floyd's level and is an underrated lightweight that beat the best of his era.

Morales is ATG. And at 130 he outboxed prime Pacquiao. He's a legend.

Floyd's last fight at 130 was in 2001. How would a fight at 130 in 2005 take place? :huh

Because he could have gone back down to 130 easily. It's not like he was a big lightweight anyways. Corrales was 145 pounds fight night when he fought Floyd at 130.

You're on a little bit of crack I think. Floyd fought Gatti in 2005, and Sharmba Mitchell. (his first fight at 147) He wasn't even fighting at lightweight. He was already a division above that.

Floyd's last lightweight fight was 2003.

Why the F would he move back down to 130? :huh

Floyd moved on to 147 before he was even walking around at 147. He went to 147 for bigger paydays. Not because that was his natural weight.

He's still to this day even 38 not a 147 pounder.

I recall him saying moving to 147 was better because he could eat more and make weight easier.

Well he just said recently that he walks around at 147. That his walking around weight is 147. He's a natural 140 pounder now.

He moved up for the money.

That's what I dislike about some of you Pac fans. You can't admit that you possibly have made a mistake. Only insecure people can't admit that they were wrong.

    I don't think I'm wrong. Floyd's not a natural 147 pounder. So what's the big deal?
