No its not a stupid comment, if someone claims a fighter is the full package and is multi dimensional fighter. Then surely he will have more to his game than just fight face first, which is exactly how Pacqiauo fights. He is a one dimensional fighter
I said why do you need to fight off the back foot if you can avoid it and be the better guy by being more effective?
well then in that case people shouldnt claim Pacqiauo is a fighter who can fight using a variety styles and admit he is one dimensional?
Pacquiao is not a "full package fighter", but he isn't one dimensional. please give an example that pac is a one-dimensional fighter (post-lightweight).
Because he does exactly the same thing in every fight, that is the essence of a one dimensional fighter.
If you think he ran against canelo, Mosley, ortiz and the first Maidana fight then you probably should stick to watching Rios, Alvarado, and Margarito type of fighters
yup. of course. pac jabs, throws his left straight, lands his right hook, prays his butt off the corner before and after the fight, shows his ugly smile. he's a one dimensional fighter fosho
So canelo is a plodder? Ortiz is a plodder? :rofl and go tell the Mayweather ducked Margarito somewhere else. how did he duck margarito in 2007? Margarito lost to Paul Williams in 2007. so now you want him to fight fighters coming off of a loss instead of the belt holders and p4p boxers he's been fighting?
no one puts pac in the backfoot that's why no fighter has ever made pac back up for long even jmm got the knockout by backing up from pac
pathetic thread, so pac is the master of running into ko punch right? Do us special forces go toe to toe then? or use the element of surprise fool!!
I suggest the OP get on youtube and go through Floyd's 18 year career of Boxing. You will find plenty of toe-to-toe. But TBH, you actually just wanna see a slugfest and so I suggest you look elsewhere. Floyd is at the end of his career. 2 fights left on his contract. His prime has been over and there is no way in hell he's gonna engage in stupidity just to make some haters happy for a chance of seeing him get beat. Screw making fans happy because if you're aren't winning fights the fans won't give a single **** about you which means less money in your pocket anyway. Perfect example is Emmanuel Augustus. He has a career full of exciting fights, but how much money has he made? How many venues has he sold out? How many PPV's has he headlined? One of the reasons I respect Floyd is because he hasn't had to compromise his boxing talent just to put asses in seats. Now after reaching that top spot some people wanna complain about how he fights even though it got him to 47-0. GTFOH! Bottom line, watch or don't watch. He's almost done so don't waste your time asking for the impossible. Ask for the opponents to do a better job putting up a fight.
