Stamina is also a serious weakness for Haye as well.

well to be fair he is a smart fighter. Against Sam Peter he seemed to take some steam off his punches in order to keep his output high. He definately wasn't throwing at 100% power.

what do you think is his biggest flaw?

when you look at Vitali's career record when it comes to winning rounds, its not surprising that he hasn't been in a competitive round lately. He is a very dominant fighter. Barring injuries, it takes a special fighter to trouble Vitali.

I think his biggest flaw is his fragile body. I don't see an in ring flaw that David Haye can expose. He can brawl, he can box, he has power, he has enough speed and accuracy to cause problems, good upper body work and effective footwork, size, awkward style, strength, good reflexes, defence etc.

I think the only thing that Haye has over him is handspeed which I think Vitali will be able to neutralize with his jab and lean back style. He'll also be able to get Haye's respect so that Haye won't be able to jump in and he'll use his height and reach advantage to make like difficult for Haye.

I like Haye and I think he's a great fighter, but unless Vitali gets injured or shot overnight, I can't see him beating Vitali. He's just so wrong for Haye.

I can't really call it a flaw, but I think the weakness with Vitali is his style is heavily dependent on reflexes. So biology tells us he shouldn't last great as a boxer with that style. But his reflexes don´t seem to be getting noticeably slower. This could be trouble with big fast boxers, and he´s only really had trouble with Sanders for one round and with Lennox. Corrie is rangy with extremely fast hands, and Vitali had to slow him down for a few rounds before he could go for him. I think Vitali decided(which he later said in an interview after he knew Lennox was coming out strong) to take the bull by the horns with Lennox, and not box careful and that´s why he got hit quite a bit(beside the obvious fact that Lennox is a great boxer). So what I feel is his "weakness" hasn't turned out to be a weakness yet, because his reflexes seem to be great still and he´s a very smart boxer so he has the sense to be careful when he has too.

I guess I´d say his biggest weakness is his ever swelling hands. I personally don't agree with his stamina being a problem at all, because he throws A LOT of punches for a heavyweight, moves a lot with his feet, and has KO'd plenty of guys in the later rounds. He does look tired sometimes, but that's because he has a great workrate throughout a fight. He´s not a lazy fighter like a Lennox that would take breaks and settle for point victories etc.

Obviously his body is a huge weakness. Not that I think there´s a great change of him being injured in the ring again, but outside it I think there is, and also he surely can't push himself as hard as he´d like to in the gym.
