    It takes a long time. Look how long it took for the masses to realize Larry Holmes greatness. Surely, Audley will have to be propelled to the top of the heavyweight H2H rankings within the next ten to fifteen years.

    I agree with this thread and the direction the bulk of the others are going in. Audley was pretty good man. People try and act like he never amounted but he amounted a lot more than other fighters. Also was old already when he came into the pros.

    The only reason why he's not remembered as THE ATG is because all the other fighters were too busy DUCKING him. Even Ali backpeddled.
