A shutout win is still a shutout win. Cunningham had zero moments and it's down to Tabiti giving him movement and pot-shotting, then so be it. :deal
I think Tabiti has some potential, but he's been too inactive. This WBSS will reveal how good he is/can be.
He fought once in the last thirteen months, and it was Lateef freaking Kayode. His best win to date remains the washed up husk of USS, and even there despite the wide cards didn't have everything his way. He is far away from deserving a title shot. Now, if you wanted to ask "why doesn't Mayweather keep Tabiti more active?", that's a valid question.
I thought Tabiti had the potential and the skills to be a very good fighter in the division, but he has a horrible runner's mentality and fights scared against big punchers. That was exposed tonight. Can't really do much to fix heart.
They should've definitely sent Goulamirian an invite I think he would've run right through Tabiti, Fayfer, Gevor, and I would've picked him to beat Masternak, Vlasov, and Glowacki, and maybe even Dorticos too because so far he appears to have a very solid chin albeit he hasn't fought a puncher like Dorticos yet. And Goulamirian vs Briedis would've been very interesting.
