He has potential. Would like to see him step up.

Wilder is quite possibly the most gifted heavyweight prospect on the heavyweight scene and in a few years could challenge the Klitschkos.

He is still very raw. I don't think he has boxed than many years for being a pro. One thing he is that other American heavies are not is always in excellent shape and very athletic. I think he is going to make some noise in the next few years. He not at a a stage to be moved too quickly yet though.

Wilder is not that good, he could beat a few "euro level" or whatever and lose to some too. He can also lose to some "american level" guy's too. He really does not impress me at all. I say a fattie Arreola and small Chambers take him.:think

Yep Arreola would punk him and Chambers would school him. Wilder is slightly above mediocre and he sure as hell aint the savior of American HWs. I think people are impressed by his physique but i dont see the appeal.

    He aint ****.

Posting in a ******ed thread. You can't be too hard on him, he only picked up his first pair of gloves at 19. 4 short years later he is an olympic medalist and is showing the skills to make it in this division. He is a quick learner and can make noise if moved along the right way.

    I find this amusing.
Fury is clearly fighting the better competition.
But it's Wilder that gets all the comments about "most gifted heavyweight".... despite the fact that he appears content on fighting incredibly limited opposition.

Considering he is already blasting through American Cans, Euro-level would be a step backwards.
