When will Khan fight someone who can punch ?

Any world class fighter with an excellent right hand and just a little sense of timing will KO Khan.

 

Thought Juan Diaz won the WBA Lightweight Title still aged 20.

What is your basis for stating Khan's record at 21 is much better than his?

 

To be fair I think he meant in terms of 'fight for fight', where Khan's first 16 opponents are, 'on paper' at least, of a considerably higher quality than the equivalent Baby Bull Opposition.

 

To be fair the point being made appeared to be age related rather than about their first 16 fights.

Think Juan Diaz was still 18 once he had clocked up 16 fights.

 

He was and he was a much better fighter then Khan is now IMO.

 

If he fights Romanov next I dont think there can be any complaints. Its frustrating as I want to see the Thaxton fight, out of principle more than anything!

 

I had it in my head that Diaz was 21 when he got to his 16th fight, and that he'd had 23 or 24 now!!! You all sure boxrec and every other record and boxing website is correct?

 

definately it was big news when he won his title still been a teenager.. Think he was still at college too.

 

Thought it was a bold claim - unless ALL the records are wrong as you suggest!

Where do you put Diaz p4p Flux... not on achievement but on capability... for me he is the number 2 fighter in the world. I rate him higher then Cotto.
