    The title of the thread is misleading, but I'm now making note of the fact that fighting opponents who haven't been on a good run is not exclusive to Manny Pacquiao, Floyd Mayweather, his nearest rival, has often been guilty of this too. Thankfully, Pacquiao has been challenging himself in the sense that the majority of his last five opponents have either held physical advantages or have been among the top 10 P4P fighters in the world. I don't recall if Corley and Bruseles were perceived as being killers at the time Floyd fought them or not, care to re-jog my memory?
