So in May (after Pacman didn't agree and the fight 'failed' because of him) Floyd could have tried to get a boxer licensed who was denied by multiple states then fight him and everyone would have been just fine??? HELL NO. But that's exaclty what you're okaying in Pacman. And again this is not about Floyd it's about Pacman.

EVERY fighter is guilty of this. Last I checked, no fighter only fights undefeated fighters.
