When will Pacquiao fight someone coming off a win?

I used the word bums because the person I quoted did. I will be the first to say I don't think they are bums. If Pacman fought plaster Margo (not saying he should have) I would give him more credit, but he's fighting a plasterless Margo. Easy win for Pacman. Not a fighter coming off a Good win.

Clottey said BEFORE the fight he would throw 4 punches to Manny's 30 or so, but they would land and do damage. No way to win against a volume puncher. I said it was an easy win for Pacman before they fought and Clottey did exactly what he said. Not a fighter coming off a Good win.

Even though the catchweight title was BS I give Manny kudos on beating Cotto. He's clearly not the same fighter he used to be since the plaster connected with his face, but he was more of a risk than the others. He should have destroyed Foreman, so I stick with my belief he's been semi-ruined. Not a fighter coming off a Good win.

Unlike most I give him kudos on his win over Hatton as well, was impressive. Hatton refused to listen to his corner, but that's not Manny's fault. Not a fighter coming off a Good win.

Cotto was coming off a win...so was Ricky...and DLH....and JMM...and MAB in the first fight. The only 2 fighters coming off losses was Josh and EM in the rematch.

Khan - coming off a good win against Malignaggi, but that doesn't count by your standards because Hatton was coming off an equally good win against the same guy
