Most of those fighters only have one loss and "0's" on their record, and you're right Paulie is not a good win but at least Kahn is on a "Winning Streak", so is Maidana, so is Ortiz and so is Williams and Alexander and Bradley hasn't lost as a Pro, now going back to "THE FIRST SENTENCE IN THE THREAD" let's see Pac fight someone on a winning streak or coming off a "GOOD WIN" and not coming off a win against a no name opponent as a tune-up fight to get their confidence back because they got "KNOCKED THE **** OUT"!!!!!!

Berto being harder is just an opinion of yours. If you are really honest, you'd recognize Margarito has beaten MUCH better fighters then Berto already. WHat's Berto's buiggest win? A controversial win over Collazo? Berto has barely stepped up inhis own career, and yet he's better then Margarito?

I guess you didn't see the news, Martinez and Williams are getting it on...

 I saw most of that, espically the pictures and stuff in this thread. Most people on this site have the internet tough guy thing going on. I've just gone and put most offenders on ignore.

i think the question should be, why does team pacquiao pick opponents who didnt look that good on thier last fights. morales couldnt make weight and lost, diaz and solis who? hatton was wobbled, de la hoya dehydrated, cotto barely won against clottey, i mean cmon clottey? and jennings, and clottey who just stood there making thousands for every punch he absorbs. and why margarito next? just listen to freddie roach.

every opponent, roach always have a reason why pacquiao will win or knock em out in __ rounds. low risk high reward fights.

Some of you kids act like a fight must look like Sugar ****in Ray each and every time out....

Shane's looked terrible in most of his last 4-5 fights with the exception of one fight, a guy everyone now thinks is a cheater and washed up.

    Short sighted idiots...

I pretty much agree with this. I don't think too many would be upset if he fought Martinez or Williams though. I understand saying Williams is too tall, but Martinez was willing to come down to 154 maybe even 147 to fight him. Williams win wasn't superb (some even thought he lost) but Pacman doesn't bring the same fight as Martinez. And Martinez beat the hell out of Pavlik and made his face look like he was in a horror movie.

There's better fights than Margarito but Floyd is the one everyone wants to see. But BET when the fight happens (next year) and Floyd wins there will be PLENTY of people complaining that Floyd took too long and Manny wasn't at his best anymore. They will be extremely happy the fight is happening and only after witnessing what happens in the ring will the excuses fly. Lets see how everything plays out this next 12 months!! Doubters please mark this post so you can prove me wrong if I'm wrong next year!

It is my opinion. Margo has beaten better fighters already, but we also saw that Margo had **** in his gloves. Was it for every previous fight? Probably not, but I haven't seen anything proving otherwise. I'd like to see him prove his power post-plaster. I never said Berto was better than Margarito, to my knowledge. He's a better matchup for Pacman. Margarito is made for Pacman, slow and defenseless. Is this not true?

How long has this matchup been made though? I'm quite sure Pacman had plenty of time to negotiate a matchup with either of them while Arum was working his hardest to get Margarito licensed again. :good

Roach and Arum found away to make roids work for Pac ,they never wanted to fight Mayweather.Arum is so full **** he's FAT.IF so then then why did they ***** about taking a blood test for the March fight. Why because they knew what was up ..and I'm going to bring this **** out one way or another because the truth will be heard sooner or later.

You can tell by the way they are matching Manny that they are not REALLY interesting in Mayweather.

If they were...he'd be fighting fast fighters with movement.
