So Ugas doesn't have enough time for preparing himself in this up coming fight. 11 days are too soon to do it. But if he can beat Pacquiao on that day, I'll take my hat off to him.

Ugas was supposed to fight in the undercard, albeit against a very minor opponent. I think he was always there as a backup in case either Pacman or Spence dropped.
It's a let down, but all things considered as a good a replacement as one could hope for. Ugas is a dark horse at 147. Still could be a tough one for an old rusty Pac.
