Jennings didn't want to fight him, and HBO wouldn't approve a fight between he and Rodriguez. Paul fought Phillips so that he could get a paycheck instead of standing by and waiting for an appropriate Welter to agree to fight him. The WBO, for some strange reason, made the fight with Phillips for an interim belt despite the fact that there was nothing wrong with the full champ. Afterwards, Cotto swooped in and beat Jennings for another vacant belt.

Margarito was going to do that and caught all kinds of hell from the fans, so he defended rather than to duck the man, Cotto was not the Mando it was that other ****er and Williams could have won that fight but obviously didnt beleive in himself enough to defend.

I dont like his Style Williams is garbage straight up, he doesnt place his shots, he throws as many shots as he can scoring two or three here and there very amatuer style of boxing, he doesnt operate behind his jab he is just a big kid who throws alot.
