When will their be the next ATG welterweights the current ones are pathetic not even HOF potential

Post Pac/May i have not seen one welterweight that has the potential to be a true HOF let alone ATG i think we have to wait anther 20 years to see someone truly ATG to come through/...................

what proves my point even further is a 40 year old Pac still despite how past he is he can still beat guys Like thurman/broner/ i would also pick him to beat garcia/porter/spence so that shows you how bad they are

Spence is seen as the best guy in the div along with crawford...............

He just fought Porter a guy that is limited and made hard work out of it this is suppose to be the guy at welterweight and in his prime? Prime pac would be knocking out these guys easy one of the reasons pac is still fighting at 40 is he can see how pathetic these guys are LOL dont get me wrong spence may beat a 40 year old Pac but it would be a competitive fight thats my point these guys should be knocking out manny because he is WAY PAST IT but they cant..............
