for we know that bertoe has been avoiding his mandatory challenger:silcuk aidin for several time and years. :think meanwhile, once sergio martinez refused his mandatory challenger, WBC directly took off his belt. :think VERY UNFAIR!!!!!! :think:hat
WBC is colluding with other boxing organizations to keep Euro-level athletes like Aydin out of title contention. They don't mind when American athletes avoid mandatories if a Euro-level athlete is up for a shot. If Zab Judah, Kendall Holt, Demarcus Corley, Steve Forbes, Timothy Bradley, or Edner Cherry were Berto's mandatory, he would be stripped in no time.
Martinez is WBC emeritus champion (being 3rd in the world aggregate) so the comparison is not relevant. Aydin deserves his fate.He was clearely beaten by Jo Jo Dan in front of his own compatriots. The British judge and a known American site gave 116-111 for Dan, meaning 9-3.The other two judges gave both 114-113 for Aydin meaning 6-6.The result was expected many minutes, the Turquish promoter probably trying to convince The British to sweaten his card, not succesfully though. Dan just beat Steven Forbes and has a good chance to become next mandatory for Berto by beating this summer the winner of Jesus Soto Karas - Mike Jones. Woudn`t be fun if Berto would find him as mandatory instead of fraud winner Aydin? That would be total justice.
