When will Williams & Martinez be subject to the same hate as Pacquiao?

The People who hate on the Margo/Pacquiao fight have an agenda.

 

At least he is challenging the linear champion. He should still fight Martinez at 160 though.

I don't have a problem with this fight being at 157 as this weight will suit both guys just fine. However it should not be for the MW title.

 

There is a clear difference.

Sergio and PWilly are both 154'ers and would probably be fighting at 154 if Martinez didn't win the MW belt. None of us care what weight these two guys are fighting at because their first fight was so great that we want to see it again. Belt doesn't really mean ****.

Pac-Margo is supposed to represent some historical significance of Manny winning a belt in his 8th weight class.

Question How in the world does Margo get ranked # 2in the WBC at 154? How did he earn that ranking?

I don't see how anyone can call the winner of Pac/Margo a JMW champion, but hey that's just me. At least Martinez beat the MW champion making his catchweight fight more relevant as far as belts go.

I'm more annoyed with Martinez-Williams II being at a catchweight. Natural 154lbers or not (Martinez' current weight calls that into question), this is for the linear title at Middleweight. I believe that legitimate title fights should never be contested at a catchweight.

Pac-Margo is for a paper title that neither guy should even be in a position to fight for. The "title" on the line means nothing to me so I don't really care what weight they fight at.

 

I wonder if I stopped drinking all the time I would stop being a dick on here when I wake up.
