When zbik beats sturn, y'all will give chavez jr his respect

Jr couldn't even beat Zbik, the day this clown fights Martinez, he will be KTFO and embarrassed.

Sturm and chavez fight completely differently but both earned a victory over this top ten contender.

Chavez works the body more, he loads up on his shots wasting energy and his fights are battles of attrition involving hooks and wide shots. He's very 1 dimensional.

Sturm is different he throws straight shots that are quick and sharp. He dominates behind his jab and follows it through with his straight right.

Zbik could hook with chavez but he couldn't jab with sturm. Sturm marked his face up which is ultimately why it got stopped.

Ultimately though it's just two different methods of victory. Now chavez will have his hands full with lee, but if he can get inside, he might just be able to turn the heat up and take lee to dark waters as vera did.

Sturm should look to rematch macklin in a crossroads fight. The winner is right up there at the top of the division. The loser probably gets the gatekeeper tag.

 

Sorry I disagree Jr got a gift, had they fought somewhere neutral, he would NOT have got the nod. Sturm on the other hand stopped Zbik, he whooped his ass.

 

Agreed. I also don't really think Zbik ever should have been regarded as top 10 in the division.
