Where are all the Matthysse supporters?

    I picked Garcia to beat Matthysse in the build up to the fight but saw Matthysse as a dangerous opponent. Even after the fight, I still rate Matthysse the same as I did before the fight (as a dangerous opponent for any 140/147 fighter.) Garcia vs Matthysse was a FOTY candidate, surely Matthysse's popularity should have grown after that epic battle. Only fickle fans have turned on Matthysse.

    I remember loads of people on here claiming that Garcia was scared of Matthysse and would not fight him the first time round. What makes you think that Garcia will duck anyone?

    It doesnt matter. The way he was hyped, the faith that they had. I saw people saying he would clean out 140 and 147, he'd beat Pac, Floyd, and everyone in between. Now there is no talk. No potential matchups, no hypotheticals. Nothing

    I don't know why fans jump ship so easily. I am never gonna jump ship on Pacman, hes come from so low to climb so high, and is so smart coming across humble in media he will always be incredible.

    Pacman, Rigo and recently Froch. I'd like to add Darren Barker this year too.
