NSAC with their urine test probly has the same test result as USADA.

What I am interested is their result for blood testing, to see if they caught anybody on HGH....but then if they did, their result wouldn't really matter.

NSAC will be forced to issue penalties. If they don't people will question the point why the blood test for HGH is needed. Floyd's roadblock will be shredded or USADA's credibility will be shredded. Because this blood test is said to be the main roadblock in the Mayweather - Pacquiao fight.

They didn't oversee the testing, how can they suspend someone on another authority's suggestion? Would it be legally possible? Mistakes happen all the time, samples can be contaminated. The NSAC would need to test another sample themselves to confirm it and in order to issue suspensions.

They're target is Pac so all this charades won't be released because there were no USADA... PBF & Ortiz were conspiring about the fight & the drug test, this & that but no 24/7 glimpse nor results... Floyd jr's fans are so blind they couldn't see how heavy ped user is their idol with the roid rage & cycling during long lay offs... If MP & PBF will happen this Jr's USADA will be on 24/7 literally with update results every test... If a result would "surface suddenly" given how long the fight was over then no doubt it's all just a fabricated result to satisfy the public...

That is the point. Even if NSAC didn't supervise the test, they will be forced to accept the results of USADA since it is the body overseeing the olympians. If NSAC were to retest the samples and the results were different, one of the agencies will be put to bad light. That can't be USADA since all of the olympians will be put to bad light as well. Therefore the USADA result will be considered regardless of mistakes. If not, then a WADA supervised test of the samples will be necessary. Their result shall be the final and shall be the basis of the penalties. The penalties will come because there can't be any leeway on this after all the controversy of these drugtest. If there are no penalties, then Floyd shall be stripped of credibility on his argument about the drug tests.

You still don't understand the point of RANDOM, I see. Who cares when they stopped testing? The fighters DID NOT KNOW. That is the point.

Funny.............Void was not concerned about extra testing until after Pac stopped Cotto, then Void went crazy with fear, beating up women, stealing from the handicapped, etc.

And the test results are still not available. They are probably still trying to align the fabricated results to the dates where Floyd and Ortiz were twitting that they were being tested. Or maybe trying to convince the labs to tamper the results so that positives will not be released.
