There seems to be some fuss going around, so I just wanted to see where everybody was at?

Do you think USADA did the testing for Mayweather and Ortiz?

No, that is not the issue here. The issues are whether results were released and if results need to be released even if the results are negative.

Yes, they did. That is not the issue.

The real issue is why they did not release the results of the test and if they need to release the results.

Even if they did test, lil floyd claims to be trying to "clean up" the sport of boxing, yet, doesn't even make his own fighter, who was on his undercard, take the test.

Wouldn't that be a nice start to "cleaning up" the sport of boxing by having not only you, but everyone you are associated with, "take the test"

All I can say is LOL... Sorry Victor879 but it's a lose lose battle man.. You bring up common sense and they don't understand.. You bring up facts THEY posted links to and they still don't understand. LOL. The test results weren't released like May-Mosley because it wasn't controversy like that fight around testing, and the results were negative. Mosley was a known user, Floyd brought this up a lot in press conferences, they felt it was good information to release due to the requests. Not many people talked about the testing for May-Ortiz so the results weren't released.. Not too hard of a concept to grasp, ESPECIALLY when the facts/links are right in front of you.

yeah they should release them, but they don't have to just appease *******s. Plus I'm sure if they were dirty, NASC would know and do something about it. The fact they came out and said they were both clean is enough and if you don't think so then get a life

The link dude posted basically tells you the results were ONLY released last time due to massive requests... They obviously felt the results THIS time didn't need to be released because they didn't feel/get the massive requests like last time.. Seriously dude he's explained it a few times already...? :huh

    the situation is different.

NSAC as of now, has never and does not act or punish anybody on the findings of a different organization. Unless USADA is in charge of this fight, their test result really doesn't mean anything.

I think ESB knows where I stand on this issue. At the same time I can't see why the USADA would not issue their own press release.

When doing something in an official capacity there is no, "there wasn't a controversy". There are standard operating procedures and you follow them. Period. If the USADA conducts testing they need to release the results or post them in a place accessible to the public. If they don't they are no more transparent and objective than any of the other agencies.

The IRS requires you to file your taxes every year regardless of if you owe, don't owe, or they owe you. The DMV requires you to register cars even if they are non-operational. Protocol is protocol. Protocol must be consistent and followed regardless of the circumstance.

We can't run around saying "Follow the rules!" and in the same breath say, "Well in this case we can bend the rules." As much as I hate to say it, that is not fair to Pac's camp/position.
