Where are those Brits who were saying the German boxing audience is boring?

Remember when resident Brits argued that German fans sucked and make a terribly boring audience? Give them an entertaining tear-up like Huck - Povetkin, make it a smallish crowd of 6,000 instead of an anonymous huge 60,000 and you have a good atmosphere.

I did notice the atmosphere on Saturday and it was surprisingly boisterous. However, as far as I'm concerned, this was an exception. I have seen hundreds of German fights on TV and they have overwhelmingly been quieter than a library.

Apparently sold out 7k although I saw a handful of free places at the area where we were.

The Atmosphere however was really electric! Even some of my friends who were not much into boxing were yelling they guts out! Great fight, great fans, and great atmosphere, the best I've been to so far.

I think Japan still holds the distinction for being a polite audience.

The action is brewing yet they're not really that rowdy.

Their scorecards still make Britain look like the Mensa of judging.

There was a good atmosphere because there were a lot of Russians and Bosnians IMO. I've been in a couple of fights in Germany and Germans are quite quiet I must say.

On the other hand Brits talking about boring audiences is funny when you see football games in the UK.

I'm on the (currently) rich side of the Old Firm TD.

There's far more bad scorecards and robberies in the US than anywhere else.
