anyone know what i mean? its the thing that goes over your back and has resistance tubes, hopkins uses one a lot. any suggestions welcome:good
They are for sale on Titleboxing I think, but you can get it for much cheaper at Decathlon or Hobbs sports. It doesn't go around your back, but you can put it around a pole or fence or something, and step forward to increase the resistance. That's where I got mine, and its alright. We're both big guys though, so eventually that thing snaps. I guess maybe the proper one they have on Title would last longer since the one I have is for arobics.... ?
