Pure Warrrren BS. Same class as Sobot or Gimenez re: Calzaghe's first title defenses.

Never heard of him and his record doesn't exactly look great to challenge for a title. What a crap title defense.

...and Clev has the audacity to tell the media that Hopkins should stay up past his bed time and watch his future opponent fight on live tv.

The promoter whose name we dare not mention is trying to tell us Clev deserves a less taxing fight.:patsch
It's not the public's fault that he had such a hard time getting past Bellew. It was a bonus because Bellew's not exactly a huge international name.
I'm all for Champions who aren't gonna be P4Ps getting the chance to have less taxing fights as long as they consistently fight a good level of opponent in between.I know it's not exactly a red hot division but Clev is turning into a joke. It's getting like the spells during Eubank and Calzaghe's reigns when they were regularly fighting out of date tomato cans.
I know Froch is with Matchroom but there's a fight that Cleverly should start chasing. If he has any trouble tonight he should ****in chuck it.:bart

What I can't get my head around is how the Promoters in the UK continue to scam the fight fans there. Why do those UK fans continue to take the bait and buy tickets to such events? Why do the TV execs continue to buy these fights? It is a farce.

What you do is make your own boxing channel, that way you can put your crowd pullers in with anyone and you don't have to answer to anyone. Thats what Frank ******n has done.
