Where do Cotto fans go from here

    Do Cotto fans start making excuses or do they man up and understand there is no way Cotto could have won outside of brining his whole crew into the fight with him.
    I hope they dont end up like TITO fans and saying who would win TITO vs the Hulk?

    I think that this is not the worst thing that could have happened to Miguel Cotto. Most great fighters experience some losses in thier careers. I think one of the reasons that he didn't make the necessary adjustments in the fight that he needed to was,in some ways, because he had never lost. A false sense of security, so that even when the fight wasn't going his way he didn't see it until it was too late.

    I dont see any excuse threads and its been 12 hours since the fight last night. We aint jumping ship. Cotto fought a great fight but lost to the better fighter. He will be back.

    Cotto and his fans have nothing to be ashamed of. This is boxing. Everyone loses. People have gotten too caught up in if you lose you suck, you are done, etc. etc. It was never like that in the past.

    Cotto fought a hell of a fight but got overwhelmed by the tougher man. He will bounce back just as Margo did from his loses.

    cotto fans have been giving Margo props for his win with no excuses . i thought the fight was one of the best fight i have ever seen. i thought that cotto fought good till Margo caught up with him and laid the smack down . it was a grate fight.
