Where do recent announcements leave Sky Sports and its Boxing Coverage?!

Just wondered how people felt with recent annoucements (****** to Boxnation, Pacman v JMM on Primetime & Cotto v Margarito on Boxnation) about Sky's Boxing coverage and Portfolio. How can Hearn, Maloney and Hatton provide enough shows to have boxing most Saturday nights? What are Sky's options?

I imagine a lot of people on here have sky for the footy as well as the boxing so I doubt there will be as significant a backlash as this news deserves imho

unless sky pick there game up and box nation keep their schedule as good as it looks then i would have to choose between the two when box nation goes to subscription i would have to drop sky and pay for box nation!

and i was really sceptical when box nation came out

I have Sky Sports mainly for the boxing and for the first time in my life i am now seriously considering cancelling it. If theres any big fights ill watch them at my parents house but looking at their schedule ahead it does nothing for me at all. I'm going to give it another month i think to see how it pans out but its expensive paying for Sky Sports just for a few domestic shows!

Same here, those plus NFL and the darts so getting rid is not an option. Just have to pay for boxnation instead of ESPN

it wont get enough subscribers to survive. sad but true.

look at this weekends fight. no hype what so ever. its free on sky and nobody knows about it.

I like the Eagles, was a fan of McNabb, really enjoy watching Vick.
Dont exclusively support them tho, just enjoy watching a decent game.
    Yourself?

    Go CHARGERS !

All I watch on Sky Sports is NFL , Super 15 Rugby and Boxing , I also have ESPN for MNF ( NFL ) and the UFC !

I can watch highlights of every NFL game on Channel 4 and will get MNF on ESPN so I am cancelling Sky Sports today and I might reinstate it in January for the Playoff's and the start of the Southern Hemisphere Rugby Season ? If ESPN lose the UFC I will b cancelling that aswell !
