Very quality title holders. Sasakul beat arbachakov and had a decent number of title defenses.

You are right about Barrera and Marquez but I find it tough to beleive that Hatton was at his prime based on his getting knocked out by Mayweather and rocked by a career lightweight in Lazcano.

Neither of the options. Lower top 100.

I unlike many here am not as impressed with his last three 'ATG' wins as most. Add to the fact in my opinion he lost both the JMM fights, I can only place him 70ish with his body of work.

right now pacquiao cannot be ranked higher than 30th because this crop of fighters simply cannot matchup with fighters of other decades. sure morales, de la hoya and barrera are top 100 ATG's but simply put, morales was no where near his prime when he lost to pacquiao. in fact, he was a shot fighter in their third fight. de la hoya was just a shell of his former self who would have beaten pacquiao by murder in his prime, and barrera, well, it was a great win so i cannot take anything away from that win. having said that, hatton was a weak champion at jr. welterweight who would have lost to marquez, kendall holt, maidana and timothy bradley to name a few. not to mention that marquez was ripped off of two wins against pacquiao. marquez definitely deserved two victories against pacquiao but because pacquiao is a bob arum fighter, boxing politics had alot to do with their fights like bob arum wanting his own handpicked judge for their second fight.
