Not necessarily true... Ali still has that love and adoration attached to him. The few people who dissect his resume are often ignored. The questionable decisions and the dirty tactics are washed away by his Jesus-like stature.

The Pac-fan fever may still exist 30 years from now. In fact, it may have grown.

Honestly, I don't see how anyone can rate Pacquiao lower than top 50, and even that is really pushing it. Anything lower than top 50, and I won't even bother listening to your argument.

More specifically, around 20-25.

Whatever else may be said about Pacquiao, he has a legitimate claim to being one of the very best weight-jumpers in the history of the sport, alongside guys like Armstrong, Hearns, Langford, etc, and that alone makes him a top ATG.
