Regarding your claims against Ali ?? Was he ever proven to have cheated ?? Not to my knowledge. Yes Angelo put ammonia under Ali's nose, which was perfectly legal in the US Angelo never tried to hide the fact. When you have to accuse others of illegalities in order to try to vindicate your favorites who were PROVEN it doesn't really look good does it

ROFL remember the Mayweathers accused Pac of using A Side Meths or some such stupid claim. Pac sued. Mayweathers had to apologize & admit they were wrong It cost them big $$$$$$$$$$ I believe too. Manny has NEVER failed any test but Floyd has had suspect failed tests swept under carpet several times as we all know.

Ali used illegal smelling salts to revive him in the first Cooper fight. The use of smelling salts had been banned from any bouts contested in Britain since the 50s, nearly 10 years or so before Ali fought Cooper. His gloves were also possibly tampered with in the second Cooper fight. Ali's use of wrestling moves like excessive clinching and laying on top of his opponents that goes directly against the rules of boxing as laid out by the Marquis of Queensbury. Ali fought fighters in poor conditions as well, like Patterson with a thrown back or Cleveland Williams with a bullet still in his chest, or even Liston for the second fight who had a bad camp. He received numerous benefits from the boxing establishment in his late career with a number of gift decisions and refs who let him get away with his illegal tactics. Is it as egregious as some of the sh*t Floyd pulled? No, of course not. Do people still rate Ali as an ATG in spite of this though? Hell yes they do. The point I'm trying to make though is that we could nitpick any fighter's career ad nauseam and point out any number of shady goings ons that surround parts of their career but at the end of the day, they still fought the people they fought and won against the men they beat irrespective of the conditions surrounding certain wins. Any win at all and any fighter could have their career nitpicked and taken apart, not a single fighter is immune to it, even if Floyd is especially vulnerable to these criticisms because of how poorly he conducted himself.

It's not imaginary though, Ali's gloves got cut open midway through the fight, Angelo Dundee widened the hole in the gloves to get Ali more time to recover as he fixed them. Could the broken gloves with less protection and a widened hole be the reason Cooper got cut also? If it were essentially Ali's bare knuckles driving into Cooper's skin, that surely would have increased the chance of opening up a cut and getting the fight stopped. Dundee did tamper with Ali's gloves, we have video proof of this and the man attesting to it himself, I'm not imagining anything.

Ali's gloves never did get cut ROFL What happened was the seam split in the FIRST fight. Henry knocked Clay down & he looked knocked out. Yes Angelo used Ammonia which he believed was legal like in the USA. he also poked his finger in the split seam & called the referee saying it was dangerous which it was. There was no spare glove available so they had to continue with the split one. That had nothing to do with the terrible cuts on Coopers face which caused both fights to have to be stopped. You have a wonderful imagination, Over the years Ive spoken to Henry & Angelo & both verified this. All Angelo did was good corner man work. I can tell you have never boxed yourself & you shouldn't believe everything you hear OK
