In an ideal world, where only the greatest fighters are inducted into the boxing hall of fame, then no, he doesn't deserve to be. But in this world, reality, where the hall of fame has clearly decided to tell the history of boxing, by inducting the likes of Sylvester Stallone and Jeff Fenech, then yes, Gatti deserves to be in. He's one of the boxing pillars of the past two decades. He's done more for the sport than most of the fighters in the hall, despite not having the elite wins.
