    People have Kessler at three, but he's had one fight since his injury layoff against a B level fighter, so that's not enough for me.

    I have him at 3rd purely on the victory against froch, a win against bute will put froch 2nd though.

    As much as my ranking agree with you, my opinion doesn't, His resume is not weak by any standard particually in a time where ducking is common.

    Name me a fighter in the past 2-3 years that has had better run than Froch..
    Name me 3, since Froch's run was terrible there must be a handfull of guys who has fought better back-to-back competetion than Froch..

    3rd who has Froch beat that Bute couldn't, Bute has the better skills by a mile, and I also think Bute beats Froch when they meet.
