    No way, he was way over-rated, I used to have many of his earlier fights and he got about 15 gift decisions where he clearly lost. Got a few good wins on his resume, but the guy lost to some real bums too that the judges were obviosuly corrupt

    Yea beating over the hill boxers Greg Haugan and Hector Camacho makes him the best ever at 140? Needing a judgment call from the ref to beat Meldrick Taylor as well. He won a lot at 140 but that doesn't make him the best at 140.
