Where do you rank Vitali Klitschko on All Time Great lists?

I'd say he's on a comparable level, but slightly beneath, bowe. Both are tough h2h matchups. Both have a resume that doesn't do their skills justice. Both tested themselves against a true great. Bowe, however, conquered his great twice.

Plus, as far as I know, bowe is the only heavyweight in history to hold all 5 belts at one time or another.

 

How the hell is Holmes getting into everyone's top 3?, his resume is ****.


I'd maybe have Vitali somewhere in the 15-20 region.

Vitali is comfortably in the top 15-20. A few more good wins & he could move to the top 10-15.

Anyone who ***** about Vitali's resume and then ranks Tunney or Johnson ahead of him are morons IMO.

 

IMO.. Vitali is one of the best h2h fighters of all time, due to his size, massive KO power, reach and intelligence...
but ranking boxers on greatness and achievements is a different story.. Here is my list:

I don't. I don't list him at all among the ATG.

He's not an ATG. He's a good fighter that's it.

Calling a Klitschko an ATG lowers true ATG value by 50%.

 

His KO percentage and granite chin speak for themselves. The only guy that has a better record in these lists is Marciano.
