It's interesting how you go from "Wlad is no ATG" to "he's overrated as an ATG" :good

Both of these are heavily dependant on quality of opposition. Plenty of fighters have 100% KO ratios simply because they haven't fought anyone decent yet. Vitali fought 2 elite fighters and lost twice. I guess you could say he has a "timeless loss ratio" against elite opposition.

As for "ability"... Vitali is VASTLY overrated in this regard. Don't get me wrong - he fought a perfect style for his physique. But don't mistake that for overall ability. In the categories of footwork, punch variety, combinations, and defensive skill (ie blocking and slipping), he was decent at best. Not bad by any means, but certainly not "ATG" in any of those categories.

Shading the scorecards at the halfway point of a fight he lost by stoppage against an old, underprepared champ in his last fight is nothing to write home about. In fact, a lot of fighters in the past in similar situations actually beat the fading champ, which Vitali FAILED to do.

Vitali should be placed slightly behind Mike Weaver in the ATG list. :yep

Well, for example Frank Bruno, while I wouldn't exactly call him a brilliant boxer is noticably better than anybody Klitschko has fought, I would say the same of Thomas, Tillis, Berbick to name a few

Good going on the list. I would put Tyson up higher and Lewis lower, but that is just me. But I like your list. Good job.

How? He has not held the undisputed champion he is clearly inferior head to head, he has nothing like two wins over a prime Holy on his record, AND he lost to three guys any version of Bowe would have spanked badly.

Is that right? Well Bowe got his ass kicked twice by Golota, who was beaten within seconds & knocked down 3 times vs. Brewster.

So, major FAIL on your part. Thanks for playing...............

Bowe was not a top 20 all time Heavyweight, Wladimir is. The best part is that Wlad is still fighting & building his legacy while Bowe is building his waistline.

Bowe proved his caliber as an ATG level fighter against Holyfield. Wlad has no such achievement or proof.

Yes, a totally shot and out of shape Bowe 'lost' to Golota, but Golota was a fine fighter back then. Bowe had proved his greatness and caliber beforehand. What is your point?

Wlad got annihilated by Purrity:lol: Brewster and Sanders - far more embarrasing losses.

So major fail on your part, thanks for playing.:hi:
