I voted for 11-15, but if he retires without losing i'd vote for the bracket above.

Good post. I agree with most of that. 17 defenses with number 18 on the horizon is extremely impressive. I voted 6-10 with chance of moving up if he passes Louis for longevity or Holmes for second in title defenses.

Since my threads sometimes get deleted for no apparent reason I'll ask the experts here:

If Wlad fights to this time next year without losing, would he actually be the only heavyweight champion ever to fight throughout his thirties without losing in his thirties? I mean regardless of if they were champion in the decade even?

Wlad makes my top 10 now. I like the argument for him better than the ones for Johnson, Liston, Dempsey, and Jeffries.

    1. Muhammad Ali
    2. Joe Louis
    3. Lennox Lewis
    4. Larry Holmes
    5. Evander Holyfield
    6. George Foreman
    7. Mike Tyson
    8. Rocky Marciano
    9. Joe Frazier

I very much suspect that he will increase in stature after he has retired. Some of the guys that he has beaten will go on to become world champions, and maybe dominant ones at that. I think that Wilder, Fury will go down to him in the next year or two, and that Povetkin and Pulev could well beat Fury and Wilder. If any of these for have a good title reign after losing to Klitschko, his ranking will have to go up by default. In my humble opinion, of course.

Even if he doesn't fight again, other than Jennings?

Ive voted for 11-15 & I saw the poll results.

Would be interesting to see who voted him outside top 50 and who they have ranked above him.

16-20. He can move up to 11-15 range for me if he can get a few somewhat quality wins against a Wilder or Fury. But given his limitations and the HW era itself, I can't see myself ranking him any higher.

TOP 10. People will appreciate him more 10years after he retires.
