People always talk about the man's power, but I think it's a tad overrated.

All of his notable wins have come by decision

    Jean Pascal UD (W)

Jermain Taylor TKO 12 (W) - This stoppage was based on accumulation and Taylor completely gassing out which was 5 seconds before the fight ending.
    Andre Dirrel SD (W)
    Mikkel Kessler UD (L)

I think Abraham is actually a harder hitter, if not equal.

Where do you rate his power? :think

Heavy handed, but with little snap. I'd give him a 6.0 out of ten, he has taken numerous shots to put away the only World Class fighter he stopped, and one that wasn't known for his durability.

Abraham clearly hits much harder. He is a K.O artist IMO, Frochy has a decent dig but is not a puncher IMO.

Thread clearly started by a noob, this is not a question worth asking. Both of them hit harder than Khan P4P though, he is a feather fist.

Abraham is obviously a harder hitter. Froch's power is good, not great.

And from memory, his knockout of Hague was very good as well, but it's not on youtube.

good power, great power if his opponent doesnt move...he's too slow and clumsy to have supreme power, seeing as power is a combination of things, speed being a major factor

AA isn't elusive, he's gonna get hit a lot, just whether froch can hit past/through that shell guard and those thick arms that take a lot of punishment

Froch overreaches and leaves his chin out on the air, doesn't have the speed/snap to break through Arthurs guard and will get tagged with big counter shots.

This is literally one of the best stylistic matchups for Abraham I can think of, Froch is durable but he's getting sparked here.

It's all about levels. At this level, Frochy lacks the speed and snap to spark people or take them out.

However, when he gets his timing down and walks people onto shots, he gets a lot more out of his heavy-handed assaults. His lack of conclusive power is more down to his lack of co-ordination and handspeed IMO. People can see his shots coming a mile off, especially his famously terrible right uppercut  :deal

Reasons? I'd love to see what fighters you'd give 9/10 or 10/10.
