It's easy to dislike Haye because he's a moron with a mouth, but whilst he wins you have to respect him and what he did at Cruiser was really impressive. Top 20 easy. He just needs to fight now.

After rethinking it... Haye is obviously #1 pd 4 pd. Not just currently, but throughout history. Haye is #1 ATG pd 4 pd. Honestly, who's resume can stack up to David Haye's? The man's resume is virtual who's who list of the boxing world. One top fighter after another... one undefeated prime fighter after another... one blockbuster fight after another. That was just at cruiserweight. Now, if you throw in all of his accomplishments at heavyweight... it's not even fair.

and ive now got to take my kids to the park but you get my meaning i could go on.

Haye was champion for one fight at cruiser, and if anything i think Adamek has arguably done just as much if not more at 200 than David Hype achieved.

Also i would have Haye borderline 20 P4P.

It's a POUND-FOR-POUND list. How can merely moving up in weight possibly affect his ranking?

Are Fragomeni, Mormeck and Maccarinelli so much better than the best a guy like AA or Kessler has beaten?

This is simple math - if you have the same talent / accomplishments but now have added more pounds, then you have just made yourself worse P4P. Hence, James Toney was much better P4P in the lower weight classes than as a fat heavyweight.

Pound for pound ratings in boxing are kind of a fantasy game to compare fighters in different weight classes. It is purely subjective to speculate whether or not Manny Paquiao would defeat Wlad Klitschko if they went into some kind of science fiction machine to make them equal size.

I had him borderline top 10 by the end of his Cruiserweight run, but inactivity and better wins by other fighters have pushed him down. Anything in the top 20's fair IMO.
