    Yes, it was obvious last night that Sergey is not just a puncher, he's a complete fighter.

    I agree. Kovalev will have to do more than dominate a skilled 50 year old to crack the top 10.

    The lightheavyweight division is so weak right now, I can only see Kovalev beating Andre Ward to catapult him as a true p4p'er.

    I think it should be included as a topic in boxing forums now that he has beaten Hopkins,,,, however, things are still early for Kov, regardless of how good B Hop still was or wasn't last night Kov still has to prove himself against younger champs still in their prime of primes, not saying that B-Hop wasn't but I am saying that the masses are going to keep saying that until Kov proves himself even more.

    Thus pound for pound I would place him above 10 or close to 10 at most.

    Which is pretty damn good.

    Looks like he'll fight his mandatory Mohammedi next, then maybe Pascal?

    Too bad Stevenson won't man up and fight him.
