Thirty years from now, there will be some FutureTards who say their champ can beat Mayweather, Pacquiao, JMM, Leonard, Hagler, Hearns, Duran all in one night. They will ask why fighters of the past are regarded so highly over the current generation.

hard to imagine where it will be. Eventually the belts will have to be discarded for one main belt since boxing will not work well the way it is with multiple champs at one weight. Honestly I cannot tell where boxing will be. Not as good as now, since boxing is not close to how it was years ago.

    Don't be ridiculous.

In 30 years, TV's will only be found in museums. Everyone will have video chips implanted in their brains at birth.

There's way too much money involved for this to happen. However, I do believe that the data on concussions could make the licensing process for fighters more exhaustive and referee stoppages more frequent. I may be in the minority but I would consider both to be moves in the right direction...as long as the integrity of the sport is upheld in the process.
