    16 wins (14 by KO) - 1 loss (1 KO)
    28 years of age
    188cm tall

Solid punch, good chin, good workrate of punches, great timing and patient. Only concern I can think of is he kinda looks too muscular in his last couple of fights, is he focusing too much on weight training?

He has signed with Don King, so definitely some opportunities there. Would be good to see him feature on the undercards of some more high profile bouts for exposure. Definitely the win against Barnett is his big coup, but perhaps in another 14-16 months time step up to the best of the second tier before challenging the champs perhaps in another 24-30 months?

I think he may be a tad too small for the Klits, but in a few years time could we see him mix it with Boytsov, Solis or even Arreola?

Right now, Alexander Ustinov might be an interesting pick???

True. I'd like to see him face the winner of Cronje v Haumano. Maybe Leapai (but I don't rate him that highly).

Meehan is also signed to King, so that matchup may eventuate. Meehan is like 40, so this could be an ideal matchup to put him with somebody with good skills but aging and past his best.

Even though Meehan lost recently to Chagaev, you kinda get the feeling he'll eventually get a shot at either of the Klits first since most of the top heavies have already been beaten by them, and the rest don't seem very keen on facing them.

Meeham still loses, and once that happens King will put him against De Mori who'll be able to get a name opponent onto his resume. I still think this is still a good 3 or 4 fights away for him though.

    u kidding yeah?

considering he already fought leapai i think that makes u look pretty silly.

and if u haven't noticed he has been trying to base himself out of the usa rather then here.

but yes i think most people just want him to get in the ring and either show or go.

Yep, like most all others, he'll be just another serf, wearing bags out & waiting in the wings.

All Kali & Briggsy got from Don was older. :verysad

Joe.. DeMori would pick holes in Whitehead until the cows came home. Same with Hoppa and Wilson. Huamono might be a better challenge on a good night, but not by much. Leapai's camp should offer a little bit more of a cash incentive to DeMori, in order to make the fight happen. Leapai is the only legitimate challenge at the moment... through explosive power.

Mark had 8 fights in 2004

    Since then he has fought

5 Kiwi's with far from impressive records
1 37 yr old yank with 2 wins in the last 10 years on his record.
2 other yanks with 50/50 records

And the last guy was 1 hot dog away from being his own post code...weighed 157 kilos

I like Mark but his record is quickly resembling a road to nowhere...

The US path talk is looking to be just that.
