He's comfortably in the top ten. The resume speaks for itself.

 

I would place him top 15 most likely

 

Interesting discussion. He has a unique career, very, very long against very high level, often avoided opponents, which means some losses in there but wins over an impressive collection of opponents. I think Top 15 without a doubt, likely in the top dozen.
