His biggest win being over a near-dead Danny Williams. That being the extent of his CV.

Yeah, Haye had a championship standing already, no comparison.

    Lets break this down...

    Olympic Gold - well done

Fought Mike Middleton - a bum and won

Kept on fighting bums until he fought Danny Williams and lost on the most boring heavyweight fight ever seen until the last round

    Won the WBF belt......

Lost to an American bum after that

    Got KTFO by Sprott

Beat Danny Williams in a re-match

Lost to Martin Rogan - an Irish cabbie

Beat 3 bums in a prizefighter tournament who no-one had ever heard of

Got a lucky punch in against Sprott, he was behind on all 3 judges score cards to win the European title

This is what wrong with boxing today. This is a joke of a match. Im British, and I'll watch it, but here are a list of names who are more deserving and I'm going to warn you, some of these are awful. But they're still better then Harrison

    Holyfield
    Povetkin
    Tua
    Barrett
    Valuev
    Chuguev
    Peter
    Briggs
    Brewster
    Rahman
    Adamek
    Chambers
    Boytsov
    Dimitrenko
    Areolla

Imagine how p****d off they must feel.....

Just imagine if by some fluke Harrison landed a big shot and won.......

It would be the sadest day in heavyweight boxing History in my opinion

He's a pretty poor opponent, yeah. Around the level of Sosnowski and Briggs.

Money talks though. This is a huge fight and it will bring fans to boxing, which is great for the sport. I hope there's a good undercard to build on the amount of fans who will be watching.

We could salvage something if Wlad, Vitali and Haye all scored devastating knockouts over their inferior opponents and then Wlad fought Haye and Vitali fought Adamek. Which probably won't happen. I'm depressed.

I hope so. As bad as I think Harrison is, the fight makes sense. Wlad/Peter II doesn't and Vitali/Briggs certainly doesn't. Both of those are poor fights. The Harrison fight is shocking too but it's going to be good for boxing, even though us serious fans see through it.

After these three bouts, we need the top four to all fight. Anything else is just a complete waste. Haye/Wlad and Adamek/Vitali are musts

Don't be... coming November 13 we will have a new WBA champ who would be glad to fight one of the Klits for a big payday. And another six months later we all can have a big laugh about this! :deal

Audley did win a gold medal, but I truly believe he has negated that with his horrific professional career. WK has fought some of the worst challengers I've ever seen in the past but those guys are still head and shoulders above Audley.

Sonowski hs to be the only comparably awful challenger of the lot.
