where does Calzaghe belong on a top 100 atg list?

Saad had a nice run in the late 70's to early 80's, but his whole career was somewhat inconsistant. I've never been big on the "greatness" of Saad. Hands down one of the most entertaining fighters ever though. I'm not an expert on his career and won't pretend to be, so maybe I'm missing something, but I think I'd rate them similar, in roughly the same range, and I did only say probably. Plus I was skimming over the list and looking for fighters that I could possibly see the argument for, because frankly there were not many, I'd rate Saad around the bottom of the 120 names Thread Stealer posted. But again, I'm not in any way an expert on Saad, so maybe you could enlighten me on how you rank them against each other. You don't think any argument can be made for Calzaghe possibly rating higher?[/quot

The wars he's famous for have ending up clouding his abilities a bit over the years imo.
