After the loss to George Groves, I'm curious to know what's next for the second generation boxer

Take on the winner of the WBSS

Jr is as fresh as a daisy, Groves put on a boxing clinic but got absolutely hammered in the 12th. EBJ rung Saint Groves bell in the twelfth and he's been ringing since!

Get active or retire, should have a fight lined up already.

Don't know what he's waiting for but his style is reliant on athletic ability so probably won't age well.

He needs to fight regularly while he's in his prime.

He can definitely come back, he didn't take many solid shots from Groves. So the loss will definitely be more of a mental blow than a physical one.

His biggest boxing achievement from now on will be coaching KSI for Logan Paul. If you've not heard of this fight please don't look it up, a joke.

Didn’t Groves pop his shoulder in the 11th?

It was an 8-4, 9-3 type fight but Eubank inflicted damage late!!! Groves wasn't sitting on his punches all the way

He needs a trainer who will give him some variety to his game and some tactics. He can outgun mediocre opponents no problem but he has no chance at the top level with his current scrappy doo approach.

And distance himself from his creepy dad.

Fighting winner of Ryder / Cox would be good.

Probably like the UK version of Adrien Broner in the ring. He will draw people to see him but lose to the best guys he faces

He's done, he's too old to learn the fundamentals he needs to know. Plus he can't throw a straight right.

In all honestly i think he should move back down to 160, groves is a big super middle, he can hang up there but hes a natural middle weight. I would like to see him in with lemiss, willie monroe or similar.

I wouldn’t worry just yet. Young Christopher has had elbow trouble and judging by the extent of his handwraps against Groves he has hand issues. He’s probably just ticking over in the gym letting himself and his cut heal up - remember he suffered a really bad cut so I’m not surprised he hasn’t announced another fight because he won’t be able to spar properly until it’s fully healed.

Another thing is he’s probably seeing how is weight feels and weighing up his options at Middle and Super Middle.

If he doesn’t announce a fight by the end of summer I’d be concerned as to his motivations because he’s been modelling for Fendi and certainly has his eyes on other ventures.

Good shout on Gayvid Lemiss. If Eubank could stop him it would give him some leverage to call out Billy Joe again as he could say he one upped him. That would be a quality comeback fight and I’m sure Eubank would light him up because he’s so much faster.

I agree, he did inflict some damage late... after Groves popped his shoulder.

I just think Eubank Jr is overrated. It’s a good question as to where he goes next. Personally I think he needs to step away from his dad, and see what a proper trainer can do for him.
