    LIke Joe Bugner before him,Frank's best performance was arguably a losing one.

    I don’t think it had anything to do with his nationality.
    The main reason people never took to him as I’ve mentioned in another post, he tended to stink the place out.
    They saw a giant of a man for the day who seemed to have the skills but he just didn’t possess the aggression and commitment they were expecting.
    They were aching to embrace him and in some contests they gave him all the backing he needed for instance in the Frazier fight but all to often he disappointed.

    The same could be said for Bugner though to be honest, unless you count his controversial win vs an aging Cooper which i had him losing.

    I rate Bruno between Blinn and Bugner among Euro champs.

    Mind, I rate them alphabetically but that puts him right near the top.
